I hold a CPCAB Level 5 qualification in Counselling Children and Young People, I’m a registered member of the BACP, and I hold an Enhanced DBS.

My practice is rooted in gentleness, curiosity, and the belief that every person deserves a space to grow — much like a meadow, where different parts of us can be welcomed, tended to, and allowed to flourish

For those who wish to, we can gently incorporate the natural environment into our work — using the landscape, fresh air, and grounding sensations to support regulation of the nervous system and create a deeper sense of calm.
