At Mind‑Meadow, my approach blends talking therapy with a calm, caring space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and inner patterns at your own pace. For those moments when words feel too much or not quite enough, I also offer creative counselling — using art, metaphor, movement, and breath work to help expression unfold in a different way.
Somatic awareness is an important part of my work too, gently tuning into the body’s signals, sensations, and stories. This helps us understand what your nervous system may be holding and how it can be supported.
Nature‑based support is another strand of my practice. My therapy space is surrounded by quiet fields, and for those who wish to, we can draw on the grounding, soothing qualities of the natural world to restore balance and calm.
